Tips for online application 

The digital data communication makes the application process faster and more efficient for both sides. Therefore we recommend you the online application. Please do not send us any applications by email. Take sufficient time for the filling of the online application. If you put together all your certificates and CV data before you start the filling the questionnaire, you can finish the process quickly. After you have sent your application, check your mailbox more often. We will contact you immediately after reception of your application.

Arrangement of the application forms

In order to achieve maximum clarity and transparency, we arranged the application form as a series of register cards. Here you can see which data you need for input in each case. Please store your data before you change the register card.

Documents as attachments

Pay attention to the completeness of your information. You should not only fill the mandatory fields, but also include all relevant information. This increases the chances of your application. You can also add to you online application the following digital documents:

• - chronological CV,
• - copies of relevant certificates, e.g. school completion certificate, diploma certificate (where appropriate interim overview of marks),
• - certificate of employment,
• - reference letters from educational institutions or previous employers,
• - copies of practical training proofs and other assessments.

In total you can add up to ten attachments. Pay attention to the good quality of the documents. Also all of the documents have to have one of the here listed file formats: doc, rtf, pdf, jpg or jpeg, gif. Other file formats will not be accepted by the system. The size of each attachment can not exceed 300 KB.
